Summary Report on the Work Package 4

Purpose of work package 4 was to design a training concept for organic inspectors in order to implement and embed the new inspection concept, developed in work package 3, into practice.

Therefore a training curriculum and a common approach to animal welfare inspection have been developed, being built upon preceding work packages.

Following this output, implementation of the animal welfare concept as an integral part of inspection practice will have priority during the further procedure. Under the use of a blended mobility approach, training courses will be conducted including a detailed practical part which can be entered after successful completion of a theoretical e-learning module.
